We really look forward to welcoming the Tim Boniface Quartet to St Andrew’s for An Evening of Christmas Jazz on Saturday 9th December at 7:30pm.
UK jazz saxophonist and composer Tim Boniface (also Chaplain of Girton College) brings his remarkable quartet to St Andrew’s for a performance of their acclaimed album ’The Infant’ – an eight part jazz suite based on the characters in the Christmas story. Moving from catchy swing to deep and memorable melodies, The Infant offers a fresh way into the Christmas story in the company of an exciting quartet of top professional jazz musicians whose on stage interaction is a joy to behold. With a second half of well known jazzy Christmas favourites, this is a concert not to be missed, and sure to get your Christmas started with a swing!
Tickets are £16 for adults (£10 for under-16s) and include a drink and nibbles during the interval.
